1. ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE-GENERAL LEDGER
Job description
Creating and keeping up-to-date, accurate, and compliant financial documentation is the responsibility of general ledger accountants. Examples of the tasks and obligations of a general ledger accountant include:
- General Ledger Maintenance
- Record and post journal entries accurately and timely.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconciliations, Monitoring & Adjustments
- Perform GL accounts reconciliation
- Compliance & Audit Support and Process Improvement & Support
Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any accounting-related course.
- At least 6 months to 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper or Accountant.
- Understand basic bookkeeping and accounting operations
- Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
2. CIVIL ENGINEER (PROJECT-BASED)
Job description
Provides assistance in the inspection and monitoring of assigned Projects including preparation of project related documents in accordance with the approved plans, drawings and specification using established inspection procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
- College Degree holder in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer (R.A. 1080)
- No work experience required
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel and perform fieldwork
- Ability to multi-skill and handle multiple assignments and project
3. SALES ADMIN – STAFF
Job description
Provides clerical and organizational support to a sales team, managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, such as processing, maintaining records, and coordinating between departments. Consolidate daily sales report and maintain records of all sales documents related to daily transactions and submit reports per schedule.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in SAP
4. EXTERNAL AFFAIRS COORDINATOR
Job description
Provides support to the External Affairs team, as well as specific assistance to other departments on joint projects and initiatives. The coordinator will oversee managing and facilitating a variety of administrative duties. This includes scheduling meetings, coordinating travel plans, and assisting with other departmental activities. This position is crucial for ensuring effective collaboration between internal departments and will help maintain and leverage strategic ties with external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

5. TECHNICAL TRAINING SUPERVISOR
Job description
Provides implement training programs that lead the industry, we are searching for a competent training supervisor. You will be expected to create new training programs, deploy measuring methods, evaluate the effectiveness of the present training and development systems, and offer feedback in your role as a training supervisor.
- Identifying training needs and providing recommendations on programs and activities.
- Delivering training programs.
- Coordinate with supervisory staff to develop employee training programs.
- Maintain inventory and administration of required safety training.
- Communicate with team members, contractors, and suppliers to deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
- With experience in training supervisor or manager role.
- Experience with training new employees.
- Knowledge of training principles, practices, concepts, and methods.
