Leads Management Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION

To contribute to the profitability and growth of the company by performing efficiently the following functions:

  • Grow and develop Bajaj Philippine’s leads thru Leads Management System
  • Monitor and manage chatbot subscription and HubSpot
  • Provide customer service for all LMS activities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Grow and promote Bajaj Philippine’s Leads Management System
    • Generate leads from Bajaj’s social media accounts & website
    • Run digital paid ads campaign skewed to leads generation
    • Assist the dealer in the pre-sales to sales conversion process
    • Identifying opportunities to promote leads generation through marketing events and PR campaigns
    • Maintain LMS dashboard using Google Sheet
    • Monitor LMS KPI metrics to track success
    • Provide monthly statistics/insights of all platforms’ leads to sales performance
    • Visit necessary dealership to promo Leads Management System
    • Work closely with Leads Management Supervisor
  • Monitor and manage chatbot subscription and HubSpot
    • Maintain LMS dashboard in HubSpot
    • Monitor all activities in HubSpot including site downs and errors
    • Maintain and proactively improve chatbot flow
  • Maintain and processed leads using Leads Management System
    • Analyze leads gathered from Bajaj’s social media accounts, website, marketing events & PR seeding
    • Process leads gathered from Bajaj’s social media accounts, website, marketing events & PR seeding
    • Turnover processed leads to the right dealership/personnel
    • Document the customer journey of all leads converted into sales
    • Monitoring the effectiveness of paid ad campaigns to identify opportunities to improve performance
    • Developing relationships with potential clients by building rapport with them
    • Coordinating with other departments within and outside the company so that all leads are followed up on and dealt with appropriately
    • Providing customer service to potential clients by answering questions about products and services offered by the company
    • Maintaining relationships with potential clients by providing them with information about new products or services offered by the company
    • Conduct inbound and outbound communication to all leads

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of bachelor’s degree program, preferably Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or any related business-related field
  • At least one (1) year experience in sales and marketing
  • Can strongly communicate both in English and Filipino languages
  • Has basic knowledge of Leads Generation thru Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads & Google Ads
  • Social media and internet savvy
  • Has above-average knowledge about technology and digital marketing tools
  • Flexible in terms of workmanship, work schedule, and travel
  • Open-minded and willing to learn
