Marketing Communications Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION

To contribute to the profitability and growth of the company by performing efficiently the following functions:

  • Plan, process, and implement Trimedia Ads placements that adhere with the marketing campaign objectives for the intended audience while effectively utilizing assigned budget
  • Write and create copies while working closely on the ideation process of the product, campaign, project-based communications strategy
  • Keep section dashboards organized and updated to optimize monthly, quarterly, and yearly evaluations or reports
  • Assist on media-related projects that require administrative and operational support
  • Provide internal customer service for all marketing-related functions with coordination to immediate superior

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, process, and implement Trimedia Ads placements that adhere with the marketing campaign objectives for the intended audience while effectively utilizing assigned budget
    • Actively take part in coordinating internal processes with marketing admin section
    • Follow-up requirements, feedback, and attachment from external party upon approval of Authorization to Do Business
    • Implement placement thru coordinating communications mandatories and creatives requirement
  • Write and create copies while working closely on the ideation process of the product, campaign, project-based communications strategy
    • Gets involved with the creative process of research, incubation, brainstorming to have a better grasp of the basic components in building communication strategy for products and campaigns
    • Undergo the complete creative process to implement project-based activities necessary for the development of an operations manual
    • Handles copy creation for press releases, memorandums, social media postings and job orders as requested within and outside the marketing department
  • Keep section dashboards organized and updated to optimize monthly, quarterly, and yearly evaluations or reports
    • Updates dashboard related to tasks assigned: Job Orders, Media Dashboards, Media Pick Up Dashboard, Contracts Monitoring and other that may be assigned
  • Assist on media-related projects that require administrative and operational support
    • Assists on PR sending, media representation acquisition, media buys and other items as requested
  • Internal customer service for all marketing-related functions with coordination to immediate superior
    • Processes job orders from marketing sections (Marketing Services, Visual Merchandising, Digital and Creatives)
    • Schedule and create meeting agenda for each section if necessary

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of four (4)-year course in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing Management, Business or any related course
  • With relevant experience in Marketing Communications field (Media Buying/Media Relations/Copy and Content Ideation)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications (English and Filipino)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in negotiation and coordination
  • Ability to manage time and workloads effectively
  • Meticulous and highly attentive to details
  • Marketing and Internet savvy
  • Having a media network and copywriting portfolio is a bonus
  • Flexible in terms of workmanship, work schedule, and travel
  • Open-minded and willing to learn
