Who can join?

• Must be a buyer of any Bajaj Three-wheeler models CASH/INSTALLEMENT availed at the participating authorized Bajaj Three-wheeler dealer store nationwide.
• Ages 18 years old and above
• Has the financial capacity to buy a Bajaj Three-wheelers sold at Php 198,888 to Php 239,888 SRP
• This promo is open for both end users and B2B buyers. The same rule applies 1 entry per unit.

Who are not allowed to join?

• Minors (ages 18 and below)
• No financial capacity to buy a Bajaj Three-wheelers sold at Php 198,888 to Php 239,888 SRP
• All employees of Trimotors Technology Corporation and participating outlets including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from the promo.

How to join?

• For every cash/installment purchase of any Bajaj three-wheeler model at any participating authorized Bajaj Three-wheeler dealer store, customer is entitled to One (1) raffle entry per unit.
• Submit entry at https://bit.ly/bajajdagdagkabuhayan or scan QR Code found on sintra board table topper at the store of purchase to fill out form before deadline of submission on the dates: March 01 to March 31, April 01 to April 30 and May 01 to May 31, 2024 | 6pm
• After successful registration, participant will get a confirmation message.
• One time draw only per entry. Entries included on the initial draw will not be included on the succeeding draws.
• Falsification of information submitted on purpose such as entering of incorrect island group, chassis number and date of purchase (specifically month) consecutively makes the entry invalid.
• Entries with repeating sales invoice and chassis number is invalid. One submission only.

When is the cut off period?

• March 01 to March 31, 2024
• April 01 to April 30, 2024
• May 01 to May 31, 2024

When is the raffle draw?

• 1st draw | April 10, 2024
• 2nd draw | May 08, 2024
• 3rd draw | June 10, 2024
• 3 LUCKY RAFFLE WINNERS PER DRAW, 1 PER REGION (LUZON, VISAYAS, MINDANAO)

Where and how to claim?

• Winners must claim his/her prize at the dealer of purchase.
• Winners must present registered mail and two (2) valid government IDs to claim his/her prize
• Winner must wait for further details regarding turnover and availability of unit from the store of purchase.
• A representative may also claim the prize on behalf of the winner provided that he/she must present the following:
  • Registered mail
  • Two (2) valid ID’s of the winner and two (2) valid ID’s of the representative;
  • Authorization letter bearing the signatures of the winner and the representative

Other notes:

• Winners will be notified by Trimotors Technology Corporation via registered mail and call
• Redemption of prize is until sixty (60) days from receipt of registered mail, otherwise, prizes will be forfeited in favor of Trimotors Technology Corporation also known as Bajaj Philippines with prior DTI approval
• 20% tax for prizes shall be paid by Trimotors Technology Corporation
• Trimotors Technology Corporation also known as Bajaj Philippines reserves the right to refuse to award the prize if the documents submitted are incomplete, insufficient, inadequate or when the company has any reason to believe that any of the documents submitted is spurious or forged.
• Winners should agree to be featured in publicity materials.
• In case of dispute, the final decision will be made by Trimotors Technology Corporation with concurrence of DTI.
• Venue of draw is at Trimotors Technology Corporation Head Office: KM 24 East Service Road, Brgy. Cupang, Muntinlupa City and in the presence of a DTI representative
